REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns only if:
- A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The return is approved in writing
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for written authorization before shipping

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or import fees
- Shipping insurance (recommended)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to deduct depreciation for used or damaged items.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of the product and packaging are required.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before processing.
Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

9. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in recovery actions and associated fees.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes.
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.
