SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Processing times may be extended during high order volume, supplier delays, or force majeure events.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
For United States orders, estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or events beyond our control.
3. DROPSHIPPING MODEL
Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.
Products may ship separately and packaging may vary.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
5. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
If tracking shows "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for stolen or unattended packages.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information.
Reshipment costs due to incorrect address details are the customer's responsibility.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes.
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.
8. LOST PACKAGES
If a package appears lost in transit, customers must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
9. SHIPPING DELAYS
Delays do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation unless required by law.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for shipping failures caused by events beyond our control, including supplier disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, or pandemics.
